1. Who I am

These terms apply to digital products sold by Dmitrii Ilich Mozgovoi (Мозговой Дмитрий Ильич), an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation, trading as Dmitrii Mozgovoi (“I”, “me”, “the Seller”).

2. Your agreement with me

1. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before you buy.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
3. The contract is between you and me. Payments are processed by lava.top, operated by LAVALANE LTD (Republic of Cyprus, registration no. HE 387079), which acts as my payment agent and delivers the file. The lava.top terms also apply to your use of their platform.

3. Products and prices

1. The price shown on the product page at checkout is the price you pay. If it differs from the table above, the checkout price applies.
2. Prices are in US dollars. Where the law of your country requires VAT or sales tax, it may be added at checkout.
3. Each product is a single one-off payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

4. Payment and delivery

1. You pay through lava.top using the payment methods available there.
2. The file is available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed. Delivery is complete when the download is made available to you.
3. If you don’t receive access or the file won’t open, email me with the address you used to pay and I’ll send it again.

5. Refund policy: 14-day money-back guarantee

1. If a product isn’t right for you, email dmtr.mozgovoy@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and include the email address you used to pay. You don’t need to give a reason.
2. I issue the refund within 3 business days of your request. You get the full price back to your original payment method; no platform or bank fees are deducted. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear.
3. After a refund your licence ends and you must delete the file and any copies.
4. One refund per customer per product.
5. Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund by email is faster and simpler for both of us.

EU and UK customers. By law, you usually have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content, which ends once the download starts with your consent. My money-back guarantee gives you 14 days from purchase whether or not you have downloaded the file, so it is at least as generous as your statutory right and does not reduce it.

6. Your licence

1. All content in the products is my copyright. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
2. You may download, keep, read, print and fill in the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. You may not share, resell, publish, upload or distribute the product or any part of it, use it commercially (including with clients or in groups you run), or present it as your own.
4. If you breach this section, I may end your licence without a refund.

7. Health disclaimer

1. The products are educational self-help material for working on your own. They are not therapy, counselling, medical or psychological treatment, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition.
2. Buying a product does not create a therapist–client relationship.
3. The products are not designed for relationships involving violence or threats, or for crisis situations, including if you fear losing control or have thoughts of harming yourself.
4. Results depend on how you use the material. I don’t guarantee any particular result.

8. Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
2. I am not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by outages of lava.top, payment providers or your own devices.
3. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law and disputes

1. If you have a complaint, email me first. I reply within 10 business days and will try to resolve it quickly.
2. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

10. General

1. I may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
2. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
3. These terms are written in English. A Russian translation is provided for reference; if the two differ, the English version applies.
4. How I handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
