Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Terms of Sale

Summary. I only get your email address, the details of your purchase and, if you ask for a free PDF, the post that brought you. I use them to deliver what you bought or asked for, send the short email series you signed up for, handle refunds, answer your emails and keep tax records. I don’t sell your data, and this website doesn’t use cookies. If you arrive from one of my posts, the site counts the visit anonymously (see section 8).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Dmitrii Ilich Mozgovoi (Мозговой Дмитрий Ильич), individual entrepreneur, Russian Federation, INN 773718408797, OGRNIP 325774600795811, trading as Dmitrii Mozgovoi. Contact: dmtr.mozgovoy@gmail.com.

2. What data I receive

I never see or store your card or other payment details. They are processed by lava.top and its payment providers under the lava.top Privacy Policy.

3. Why I use it, and on what legal basis

I only send emails to people who asked for them, and I don’t use your data for profiling or automated decisions.

4. Who I share it with

I don’t sell or rent your personal data, and I don’t share it for advertising. In the terms of the California Consumer Privacy Act, I do not “sell” or “share” personal information.

5. International transfers

I am based in the Russian Federation, so your data is transferred to and handled outside the European Economic Area and the UK, in a country without an adequacy decision. The transfer is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you buy (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). The email list for the free PDFs is kept by Resend in the USA, based on your explicit consent when you sign up (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)). I keep the data to the minimum described above.

6. How long I keep it

7. Your rights

You can ask me to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, transfer it, or stop using it where I rely on legitimate interests. Email dmtr.mozgovoy@gmail.com and I’ll reply within one month. Some data I must keep for tax purposes even if you ask me to delete it; I’ll tell you if that applies.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or third-party analytics. If you open it from a link in one of my posts, the link carries a short tag (for example ?src=th1009a). The page then stores a random visitor ID in your browser’s local storage and sends the tag and that ID to my own visit counter, so I can see which post brought how many people. The counter keeps no IP address, email or other details about you, and the ID can’t be linked to your name. The same tag is added to the lava.top checkout link. You can clear the ID at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The lava.top checkout has its own cookie policy.

9. Age

The products are for adults. I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, I’ll publish the new version here with a new date.
